Pay rate: $44/hour to $50/hour, depending on experience
The Executive Assistant handles a variety of administrative duties requiring sound independent judgment, discretion, and the maintenance of confidentiality. The Executive Assistant independently and proactively provides a full range of high-level administrative support to the President and CEO (‘President’) using strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and problem-solving acumen to create an environment of maximum effectiveness and efficiency for the President. The Executive Assistant may also provide general administrative support for projects and programs at the discretion of the President.
The person in this role must be able to interact with all members of the LSAC community, including executives, upper-level management, business partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful, and efficient. This position requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, results-focus, technology competence, and the ability to keep sensitive business information strictly confidential.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have people management responsibilities.
Position Type
This role is a full-time position with a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. ET. The position may require overtime or weekend work.
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel Requirements
There is limited travel (less than 5%) expected for this position.
